    Bryse Paffile is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy with honors from Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida.

    Since 2012, Bryse has dedicated himself to mastering Strain-Counterstrain techniques, completing numerous specialized courses and trainings. He has been actively using Counterstrain in clinical practice since 2015, combining it with personalized exercise programs to help thousands of patients manage pain and restore mobility. His approach is also informed by education in pain neuroscience, ensuring a modern, evidence-based treatment model.

    A former national and international level athlete and coach in flatwater sprint canoeing, Bryse brings unique insight into athletic performance, injury recovery, and functional movement. He has worked with individuals from all walks of life, from high-level athletes and para-athletes to grandparents recovering from surgery.

    Bryse sees physical therapy, especially Fascial Counterstrain, as a powerful tool to facilitate healing and restore full-body function. His experience serving on medical mission trips to Peru, East Asia, Kenya, and Ecuador has deepened his belief in the universal value of physical therapy, regardless of language or cultural barriers.

    Above all, Bryse is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love. Whether it’s playing sports, lifting weights, or simply keeping up with grandchildren, his goal is to help each patient move freely and live fully through personalized, evidenced based care.
